Ziggy Marley Cooks With Ben Ford, More News for LAFW

Gavin DeGraw will sing for food at LAFW
You already know that the lavish Los Angeles Food & Wine blowout is moving from L.A. Live to Grand Avenue this year, which is big news for the Downtown LA event. But in true LAFW fashion, which has combined celebrities with celebrity chefs, a few big announcements were made today that make this year's line-up even more interesting. Think: Giada, DJ Questlove and Keller all on one night.

In addition to Giada's Fiesta Italiana opener, where DJ Questlove and Thomas Keller have been added to the roster, the Asian Night Market with Morimoto and 30 local and visiting chefs; Tacos & Tequila, hosted by Rick Bayless and Fig's Ray Garcia at The Bungalow in Santa Monica; a Grant Achatz cocktail demo; and the Lexus Grand Tasting walk-around events all happen over the course of two days. On the music front, Ziggy Marley (being touted for his organic food line) will cook (and sing?) with Ben Ford on the culinary stage. And the headline act for the Live on Grand closer is Gavin DeGraw, he of One Tree Hill theme song fame and whose current hit "Best I Ever Had" is being compared to Train, who played LAFW in 2011. Full circle!

LAFW takes place Aug. 22-25. Tickets for the full weekend, packages or a la carte, are available here.
