Video: How to Cook and Eat Crabs

Summer marches on, but that's not the sound of feet on the hot sticky pavement you hear. That banging is actually the sound of mallets cracking into crabs at all of the seafood feasts around the country. In New York City, Back Forty is one of the best places to crack into the critters - they have a Tuesday night crab boil throughout the season (you can get info on that here). We recently stopped by and talked to chef Peter Hoffman about how to make your crustaceans super delicious, and (more importantly) how to crack into them properly.
