Blow off the bourbon and say toodle-oo to the tequila. In addition to traditional cocktails, bartenders around town are offering a softer drink to patrons: the craft mocktail. For example, try Qui bar manager and mixologist Michael Simon’s PG-13 Singapore Sling, which was recently featured on the Bon Appetit blog. The recipe calls for pomegranate juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and tonic over crushed ice. It’s not on the official menu at Qui, but be sure to ask for it and they’ll make you a special version.
