Summer Peach Dinner at Olivia on July 18

Peach season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with a seven-course dinner featuring the fruit at South Austin’s favorite modern French restaurant? The supper comes with seven wine pairings and tastes like a chilled peach soup with Dungeness crab, black radish, peppers from the Olivia garden and black sturgeon caviar as well as a venison roulade with smoked peach ketchup, potatoes, double-smoked bacon tuile and black truffle.
