|Stevcic's housemade hot sauces will spice up the party|
Jugo’s brother Gregory Stevcic is a chef who recently ran the kitchen at Boston’s Masa, and he’ll be in town to help grill Latin American eats like marinated skirt steak, braised short rib meatballs, pork belly tacos and corn. Pick up a $25 ticket at Cafe Chismosa (or get it online for $28) and get access to the 4-8 PM all-you-can-eat “paradilla.” Free beer will be offered and guests are invited to BYO.
If you’re more into the “pachanga” side of things (it’s a Cuban style of dance music, closely related to merengue), go for a $10 ticket instead, which gets you through the door at 9 PM and provides access to the free beer, plus pay-as-you-go food. DJs will spin throughout the night, and games like cornhole and ping pong have been promised. Check out the full menu the Stevcic brothers have come up with below.
