Rialto's Sustainable Seafood Dinner Series Continues on July 30

Head to Rialto on Tuesday, July 30 for the second installment of its Sustainable Seafood Series, where diners will enjoy a menu created by chef de cuisine Brian Rae that focuses on two ingredients. Dishes will include striper crudo with Sun Gold tomatoes, cucumbers and mint; trofie pasta with littlenecks; grilled striped bass; and lemon ice cream with poached peaches and almond crumble for dessert (7 PM; $100 per person; $150 with wine pairings; click here for tickets; 617-661-5050).
