Where to taste the peak of the season? The Lobby at The Peninsula, of course, where chef Lee Wolen has raided the farmers market for the freshest produce to use in two new menu items. First, blueberries were selected for a foie gras dish. Second, tomatoes were prepared with seared Spanish octopus, sea beans, salsa verde and chorizo. Both new dishes capture the flavors of the season and are now available in the elegant dining room of the Downtown hotel.
