The restaurant Two will celebrate turning one by brining in two suckling pigs. Wow, that’s a lot of numbers. Are you following? The celebration takes place from August 1 though 4 with half-priced cocktails and draft beers. Also, chef Tom Van Lente has prepared the pigs from Swan Creek Farms by smoking and serving the pulled pork with honey butter biscuits topped with local candy onion vinaigrette. The special menu item is available for $10.
