The Elm, the much-anticipated new eatery inside the King & Grove Williamsburg Hotel, helmed by Corton chef Paul Liebrandt, will open tonight to the masses. The menu will mix classical French cuisine with Liebrandt's "signature approach to ingredients and technique" and is divided up into categories: Raw, Sea, Land and Shared. Dishes are relatively affordable ranging from $15-$28 per plate, although slightly more costly in the Shared section which features proteins big enough for two like chicken Kiev, turbot and a vegetarian option. Check out the full menu below the jump and stay tuned for more photos and early reports.
