On August 1, Warner Ebbink and Brandon Boudet are gearing up for their annual pig roast on the Dominick's patio, this time with wine pairings from Palmina Winery. The six-course menu includes jambalaya arancini; summer lettuces with roasted apricot and almond-milk ricotta; Japanese yellowtail with summer melon; cavatelli with wood-roasted mushrooms; roasted pig with summer corn polenta; and rustic plum tart with mascarpone gelato.
