Learn How to Save a Life at the Airport

You could spend your layover grabbing a beer or perusing the magazine racks. But travelers at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport for the next six months can also learn how to save lives, NBC News reports. The American Heart Association and American Airlines have installed an automated kiosk designed to teach fliers how to administer a simplified CPR method known as Hands Only. The kiosk shows a video about the technique and allows fliers to try out the technique on a mannequin. Then there's a test followed by feedback about compression depth, rate and hand placement. The AHA and American hope to bring the kiosk to other airports around the country.
