For this week's discussion, we'll be talking about the culture and cuisine of India with four special guests. On the Archana's Kitchen website, Archana Doshi wears the hats of a food blogger, author, consultant and photographer, focusing on easy healthy Indian vegetarian meals. Kaylan Karmakar is a well-traveled food writer and consumer insights specialists who chronicles his food adventures on Finely Chopped. We'll also be joined by Monika Monchanda, an ex-corporate cube dweller turned food entrepreneur who's behind the well-respected Sin-A-Mon Tales blog, and Sandeepa Mukherjee Datta, who writes the Bong Mom's Cookbook site, where she aims to share stories of family and Bengali recipes (which are also collected in an actual cookbook).
