Joe Cicala Does a Guest Sandwich at American Sardine Bar

Each month, chef Scott Schroeder adds a guest sandwich to the sandwich-centric menu at American Sardine Bar in Point Breeze. July’s special is a collaboration with Joe Cicala at Le Virtù, and it looks perfect for summer. The mortadella piadina sees imported mortadella on grilled flatbread with Robiola cheese, arugula and whole grain mustard. Head over before the end of the month to enjoy it - preferably in the shade of the outdoor garden patio ($11; 215-334-2337).
