The owners of Green Eggs Cafe are taking their trio of buzzing bruncheries to the next level. Assistant manager Franco "G" Canni reached out to tell us that Larry Hawks has been brought on as executive chef. Hawks is a Johnson and Wales grad who started his career in Miami and spent the past five months as sous chef at Barclay Prime. He’ll oversee menus at all three locations - East Passyunk, Midtown Village and Northern Liberties. What will he come up with to top the infamous “Kitchen Sink” eggs, sausage and potato jumble? We’re looking forward to finding out.
