The French bistro offers a menu of specialty items for its Bastille Day celebration. Dishes include Vichyssoise soup, Bouillabaisse with Rouille croutons as well as strawberry sorbet with Frais du Bois syrup. The items are available a la carte though Wednesday.
Pierrot Gourmet at the upscale hotel is offering a special menu featuring French delicacies such as pâté de Campagne, salt cod brandade with baguette croutons and warm apple tarte tatin.
