Franklin Brisket-Infused Bourbon at CU29 Cocktail Bar

We didn’t think it was possible to make Franklin Barbecue brisket even better, but the mixologists at the new CU29 cocktail bar on Brazos Street have surprised us: their infused bourbon recipe calls for 2 pounds of brisket from Franklin soaked for more than a month in six liters of the brown stuff. We advise getting in line now.

  1. The only bar we go to is pat o's main bar and the patio. I also like laftitees but we only go there during the day.
