  1. I think almost everyone can agree that the new Desktop and Mobile UI is horrendous.. What have you done. Real shame

    1. Just as bad on my desktop. They should have left it the way it was. Not useful anymore.

  3. Can't find anything - really a terrible change. Just tried to find some restaurant choices in the west 70s and found a lot of editorial comment on a few places. Not the same easy listing as before. Guess I'll go to other sites that are more user-friendly. Just proves the old saying that 'you shouldn't fix it if it ain't broke.'

  4. Zagat has always been the reliable source for restaurant ratings, indeed, for many of us, it's been our bible. As a long time contributor, I'd hate to see it go downhill and become as uninformed and useless as other rating sites.
The ratings are what count for us and the ability to post reviews immediately - under our user names without the intolerable intrusion of seeing our own names appear.

  5. New Zagat is useless. Too bad, I have always gone to Zagat when looking for restaurants in a new city. I guess I have to find a new source.

  6. Is there anyone who thinks the "new Zagat" is improved?

Google took something incredibly valuable and blew it up. I would have paid 5X the price I was paying for the service.

I'm sure there are many people who would instantly pay $99/yr. to have the "old Zagat" back.

  7. I find this pretty useless. I live in Las Vegas and as far as I can tell there are no longer any listings for this city. If there are, they are very hard to find. I simply put Las Vegas in the search and got nothing returned. I used to pay for Zagat, now that it is free it is worth what I pay for it, nothing.
