Cool Off With Sola’s Ice Cream Prix Fixe

Ice cream and octopus...why not?
Welcome to the hottest day of the summer. Once you are done wiping the sweat off the back of your neck and unsticking yourself from the office chair, may we suggest ice cream for dinner? This month, which also happens to be National Ice Cream Month, Sola is offering a prix-fixe menu dedicated to ice cream. Finally, childhood fantasies come true via three-courses of ice cream.

Course one is octopus served with sweet soy wasabi sorbet. It is garnished with ginger wakame seaweed and paired with Fukucho’s “Moon on the Water” sake. Course number two is Waygu hanger steak served with blue cheese ice cream, roasted fingerling potatoes and Chinese broccoli with port demi glaze. Finally, dessert is a duo of ice cream contrasting creamy vanilla miso with tart cherry goat cheese. Then your inner child gives you a big hug.

The menu is available though the end of the month for $30, or $45 with beverage pairings.
