|Cook in Newtonville|
Though Turano resists defining his cuisine, the menu, which is still in the works, will range from tacos to housemade pastas, seafood, steaks and more. The focus of the food, as with Tryst, is on sourcing local, fresh ingredients. Prices will range from $12-$24.
Turano describes the setting as “casual and comfortably industrial” with upwards of 80 seats, including the bar.
