Check Out Horse Thief BBQ, Opening Soon at Grand Central Market

Angel's Flight from the Horse Thief patio
The new changes are coming along quite nicely at the historic Grand Central Market in Downtown LA. The lunch counter from Valerie Confections is currently serving classic chopped salads, fried chicken sandwiches and mini lemon meringue pies; Sticky Rice its Thai specialties; and G&B Coffee its bottles of cold-brew bottles and more. Coming July 9, Horse Thief will open its patio counter for Texas-style BBQ.

Overseen by Texas expats Wade McElroy and Russell Malixi, the Horse Thief menu is everything you'd expect: smoked brisket, spare ribs, pulled pork and chicken; sides like bacon and blue cheese potato salad, jicama slaw and heirloom beans; plus drop-biscuit cobbler for dessert. Hours will be 11 AM-4 PM at first, with extended hours to mosey along later.
