Bocanova Cookbook Due on Christmas Day

Rick Hackett and Meredith Melville of Bocanova restaurant in Oakland's Jack London Square have signed a deal with Savory Books to write The Bocanova Cookbook. In the book, Chef Hackett will reveal secrets from his unique pan-American menu, which showcases Central, North and South American cuisines re-imagined through the bounty of California produce. The title has a current publication date of December 25.
