It's sadly not too often that we order dessert these days and even far less often than we go for vegan and gluten-free desserts when doing so. But we were fortunate enough recently to stumble upon some of the treats from Kitty Lee Thomas Sweets, baked with love by FCI alum and ex-Robicelli's baker Kristin Godburn. While most people know the NYC-based brand for their gourmet marshmallows, the gluten-free treats like the coconut chocolate chip cookie are delicious enough to make us believe that healthy desserts can still be tasty. The vegan and gluten-free options range from lemon bars (an adapted version of Godburn's mother's recipe), PB& J bars, crisp bars and coconut almond chocolate bars.
