We've read somewhere that people tend to naturally eat less during the summer. Sadly, we do not fit that demographic. After the attempt to ignore our pizza craving proved unsuccessful, we headed to Michael White's Nicoletta near Union Square. The prosciutto pizza has a nice balance of savory and sweet flavors, with pleasantly salty prosciutto, creamy ricotta aged provolone, caramelized onions and a agrodolce sauce. Worth the indulgence, and thankfully large enough to share ($23; 212-432-1600).
