The Elm at King & Grove Williamsburg is one of the hottest new openings of the summer. While reservations are still limited, we managed to get a sneak peek at chef Paul Liebrandt's Modern French menu and more importantly, an early taste. One of our favorite dishes was the diver scallop "tom yum" with ricotta gnudi and spring onion. The delicate coconut broth soaked into the warm gnudi and the tender scallop and was accented by the gentle grating of fresh kaffir lime on top. Perfection.
