  1. These all look wonderful, but I'm disappointed you show nothing from Max & Mina's in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens, NY. They've gotten considerable coverage over the years for their unusual flavors.

    1. Yeah, some of the flavors listed here, like cardamom and grape nuts, are not that "crazy", but M&M's has flavors like pizza and lox and spicy hummus. And their "normal" flavors are great. Everytime I've been there, there have been new flavors that are different and delicious.

  9. Mashti Malone's does make some good ice cream, but the previous name of the property was Clancy Muldoons, not Mugsy Malones, and their ice creams were wonderful. Nothing exotic, but their butterfat content was so high, that they were truly rich in taste and feel. They were old school awesome.

I also had a pistachio cardamom root beer float from a food truck whose name I don't remember, but it was great! Also, at People's Pops in the Chelsea Market in New York City, I had a blackberry sage popsicle that was fabulous with whole blackberries and fresh sage.
