Chefs all over town have already received their heritage pigs, and begun preparing them with love (sometimes a little too much love). Six teams - including Garces Group, Vetri Family, Starr Restaurants and other local faves - will collaborate on head-to-tail pork dishes, plus there’s a tartare bar, a cheese and beer pairing bar, a scrapple station and more. A $135 ticket gets you access to all the goods at 5 PM, or spring for the VIP at $200 for an hour early access with an oyster bar and special offal offerings. See you there?
