Scotch Whisky Pairing Dinner at MilkBoy

MilkBoy chef Brian Mahon and bar manager Evan Maffiore have put their heads together and come up with four important lessons - ones they’ll impart over four courses at an event billed as Whisky School on Tuesday, June 26. Each dish is matched with a different scotch, and the entire dinner costs $40, including the drinks.
