The menu includes passed apps like skewered pigs in a blanket, quail eggs in a hole, cast-iron pizza, and smoked trout potato croquettes; wood-fired zucchini salad with pea tendrils, wild arugula and house-made ricotta; smoked wild boar "chili pasta fagioli"; whole salmon grilled over Weiser Farm applewood; and corn cakes with wild foraged summer berries. $150 per person.
