Photo Tour: Making Salumi With Joe Cicala of Le Virtu

Over the past few years, chef Joe Cicala has transformed South Philly’s Le Virtù into a salumeria of sorts. Guests who dine at the East Passyunk Abruzzese restaurant can expect the opportunity to sample a dozen or more of his house-cured salamis and sausages.
