My, how we love stone fruit season. So do our local pastry chefs who are sending photos out on the social medias in droves, tempting us with delicious apricot, peaches, cherries and plum desserts. This incredibly gorgeous nectarine cherry honey galette from Short Cake's Hourie Sahakian, one of our 30 Under 30 winners this year, just about had us licking the screen. Can't you just smell the butter and sweet baked fruit? Summer can't last long enough.
