We couldn't have planned this Barbecue Week announcement any better: Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne just set the date for the annual Ribfest at Lucques, and the reservation line is officially open. This is one of those family-style meals you don't want to miss, and it quickly sells out every year. Goin dons her red neckerchief and gets busy with a roundup of ribs - St. Louis-style pork ribs, big braised beef ribs, spiced lamb ribs and chicken wings - plus a slew of sides lik coleslaw and baked beans, long-cooked collards, corn on the cob, tomato and watermelon salad, grilled cornbread and...Wonderbread!
