Photo of the Day: How Many Cronuts Is Too Many Cronuts?

It was just a matter of time before the Cronut craze hit full hysteria. Tomorrow marks the debut of three Cronut impersonators in Chicago proper. First, West Town Bakery will sell the doughssant - croissant dough made into a long john and filled with chocolate-raspberry, blueberry-lavender or coffee cream cheese. La Boulangerie in Logan Square will offer the crognet in pain, fruit jam, chocolate, chocolate glaze and vanilla cream. Finally there is Glazed & Infused, which couldn't care less about trademark infringement and is going full speed ahead with its cronut launch at the Fulton Market location.
