Photo of the Day: Burger Nights Start at Table, Donkey and Stick

For those experience a slight case of burger jealousy after our burger night at Publican Quality Meats, tonight, a brand new burger night launches at Table, Donkey and Stick. The Alpine restaurant now serves an Alpine burger with Bodensee Butterkase cheese, onion marmalade, latkes, horseradish aioli and apple mostarda on a lye-dipped pretzel bun. On Wednesdays, between 5 and 10 PM, the burger is served for $15 with a pint of beer and shot of bitters.

  1. For the sake of clarity:

    "an Alpine burger with Bodensee Butterkase cheese, onion marmalade, latkes, horseradish aioli and apple mostarda on a lye-dipped pretzel bun."

    is incorrect, or worded improperly. The latkes are the side, in lieu of fries, and the aioli and mostarda are accompaniments for them. The burger is the anti-Kumas, having four things: a pretzel roll, two grass-fed patties ground in house, onion marmalade and cheese. It's delicious.
