    1. Yes, how can they leave out Daisy May? Zagat Loses a lot of credibility with that omission

    2. Daisy May is not #1 or in the first tier of NYC BBQ.
Fette Sau and Dinosaur is better, and RUB was better.
Hill Country overall is better and nobody beats John Browns Burnt ends now that RUB is gone. Daisey May is good BBQ just not the best.

    3. My friends and I disagree... for our money, Daisy May is the best BBQ in the city. What makes it truly extraordinary is that not only are all their meats (2 styles of pork ribs, their amazing beef rib, pulled pork, chicken, etc.) beautifully prepared, but that their side dishes (creamed spinach, mac and cheese, bourbon sweet potatoes, etc.) are also impeccable.

    4. I DON'T THINK SOMEBODY HAS OPENED A HANDS DOWN NUMBER ONE BBQ SPOT! I'M STILL WAITING BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE "PRIDE AND JOY"!

  3. Blue Smoke is mediocre at best. Dinosaur is pretty decent. Hill Country definitely not list worthy. Rodeo Bar and Grill definitely should have been mentioned. Best brisket and pulled pork I've have outside of Texas.
