L'Espalier Hosts French Cheese & Wine Pairings at This Week's Salon

Even if you’re not a fracophile you’ll love this Thursday’s Salon at L’Espalier when Mâitre d' hotel and Fromager Louis Risoli and new Wine Director & Sommelier Lauren Collins present classic pairings of French cheese and wine. The evening includes several pairings, lively conversation and an opportunity for guests to meet Collins (if they have not already), who is a certified Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers; she joined the staff last year (6 PM; $55 per person; call to make a reservation).
