This week, we took on a question that dates back centuries: does size really matter? The test subjects were food trucks - one a behemoth yellow truck and the other a tiny red one. They both serve tacos. One has been serving them for years and is helmed by Big Star’s chef de cuisine Craig Svozil. The other is run by owner and entrepreneur Dan Salls who has no prior restaurant experience. A charity event brought both trucks to The Garage on Wednesday night for a taco throwdown.
