|El Centro Dos|
The second iteration of the authentic Mexican cafe is rustic in nature, and showcases artwork and photographs chef-owner Allan Rodriguez collected on his recent excursions to Mexico. Rodriguez gew up in the state of Hermosillo, the origin of many of his dishes, which include carne asada (charcoal steak, Sonora style), pollo al chipotle (chipotle chicken) and camarones papantla (shrimp wrapped in bacon).
Margaritas and a selection of tequilas will also be on the list, as well as Mexican beers, since this location has a full liquor license.
El Centro Dos will open for dinner to start, but will eventually work into lunch service Monday through Friday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
