Crawfish Boil at The Corner Foodery

Last week we were Philly Beer Week-ing at The Corner Foodery and glimpsed this fantastic-looking crawfish boil, and just a few days ago we were chatting with Art Etchells about how awesome the Rittenhouse bottle-shop-deli is. These two things come together deliciously tonight, as Foobooz tips us off that chef John Taus got a new shipment of mudbugs in and is running the crawdaddy special again.

Starting at 5 PM tonight, June 13, you can pay $25 per person for a table-covering pile of steamed crawfish, shrimp, potatoes and corn. Wash it down with one of half a dozen craft drafts on tap or one of a thousand bottles and cans (the guys in the photo made a great choice with Sixpoint Bengali Tiger). If you’re lucky, proprietor Tony Rim will even stop by your table to add a dash of extra seasoning (215-567-1500).
