Best Thing We Ate This Weekend: Ceviche at Comodo

We're big fans of the Latin American-leaning flavors at Comodo, and a recent favorite find is the restaurant's ceviche. Corvina fish is silky, not "overcooked" the way some ceviches seem. It's marinated in lime, then doused in coconut milk with freshly juiced ginger and celery, which gives the dish an almost Thai profile. Cilantro, red onions and sweet corn go on top, with yucca chips for a little crunch.
