Harold Dieterle's German-Italian joint, the Marrow, launches lunch today. We've gotten a hold of the menu, which features cocktails front and center (our kind of place), plus an abbreviated version of the evening offerings. Making its weekday debut is the formerly brunch-only burger, topped with onions, bone marrow (naturally) and Emmental, on a pretzel bun. Brand-new are a brioche grilled-cheese sandwich and a Wagyu steak salad with hearts of palm. Scope the full lunch menu below.
