Uchi Turns 10 Years Old

On May 20 the famous restaurant on South Lamar will turn ten years old. Chef Tyson Cole’s high-end sushi and creative small plates helped put Austin on the map as a culinary destination, and a decade later, it’s still going strong.

Uchi is celebrating during the week of May 13 through 19 with special six-course tasting menus that highlight classic Uchi dishes at Uchi, Uchiko and Uchi Houston. Then on the big day, May 20, join Cole and pastry chef Philip Speer for a celebration party at Uchi proper.
