Now that chef Anthony Zappola is all settled in at The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse, he's rolling out a new weekend brunch at the Langham Hotel restaurant. But this isn't just a sit-down-and-order type thing. There will be stations set up around the restaurant, including several in the kitchen, from a "flowing" mimosa and Bloody Mary stop in the white wine room to bagels with smoked salmon, fresh fruit and pastries, and frittatas, roast lamb, Wagyu beef, eggs, French toast, crab cakes and more. Things kick off this Sunday, May 5, at 11 AM, but it's probably a good thing to put on your Mother's Day radar too. $85 per person; $35 for kids 12 and under.
