If you thought Wolfgang Puck was trying to drum up a younger crowd with the new look, menu and soundtrack at Spago, this seems like a no-brainer. On June 18, Roy Choi and Momofuku's David Chang, who was just bestowed with the James Beard Outstanding Chef Award last night, are teaming up for a special five-course dinner at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. Fancy! The price tag hovers around $190 per person (although that might change), but think of it this way: It's still cheaper than a flight to New York, and you'll have a bit of Papi Choi and Puckster swagger in the mix. And just to show how hip this whole thing is, the menu and when reservations become available will drop via the Twitters.
