Taste Interesting Italian Honey Tomorrow at J.P. Graziano's

Earlier this week, we told you about an imported honey by the name of Mieli Thun. It is a favorite of executive chef William Johnson at Filini, who uses it in sweet and savory dishes. What makes Meili Thun honey so special are the bees. The bees eat a diet consisting entirely of a specific fruit, vegetable or flower - one variety per hive - which can be tasted in the honey. Which means Mieli Thun sells naturally flavored honey with hints of orange blossom, alfalfa, eucalyptus, rosemary, chestnut and more without any additives. The gist is that it is very cool and very tasty stuff.

Try the honey for yourself this Saturday between noon at 3 PM. J.P. Graziano’s will host a tasting of the special honey. Taste the different flavors of the Italian honey and then purchase some for your home pantry.
