Mas (la grillade) Launching Brunch on May 18

Attention, brunch-heads: on Saturday, May 18, Mas (la grillade) is launching a new brunch menu of locally-grown foods cooked solely over wood fires of oak, apple and other hardwoods. The a la carte offerings include a Mas version of the classic eggs Benedict with salmon pastrami, spinach and Hollandaise sauce on a house-made English muffin, as well as a house-made bialy with smoked trout, a short rib burger and a grilled cheese sandwich made with wild nettles, smoked shiitake and grilled pear. (Can you say "yum"?) Brunch will be served from 11:30 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and entree prices range from $12 to $24.
