By Naomi KookerLittle Lamb, a Mongolian specializing in hotpot cooking, has opened in Beacon Hill, according Eater. The restaurant, which serves lunch and dinner, is located in the former space occupied by the Spotted Apron.
Little Lamb is a brand of the Xiao Wei Yang Company and is the Chinese company's first location to open in the U.S. Its signature dishes include a "sacred" hot pot soup, and barbecue and sheep bone hot pots as well.
