We teased you a while back when we put DryHop’s owner Greg Shuff on Chicago's 30 Under 30 list months before his brewery opened in Lakeview. It's because we knew Shuff was building something special and beautiful that would bring a new era of beer to the North Side. DryHop is Lakeview’s only craft brewery. Brewer Brant Dubovick specializes in a wide range of beers from American traditional to hoppy, Belgian to experimental. But what makes the space truly unique is the food component. The menu, designed by executive chef Pete Repak, changes regularly to compliment the beers and seasonal ingredients.

DryHop opens to the public on June 13, but will offer a special preview on June 8. Between 1-3 PM, 64-oz. growlers of two beers will be available for $10. “We’re excited to join the Chicago craft beer scene in full force. We absolutely can’t wait for our neighbors to try the beer and food,” said Shuff. “More than anything, we’re looking forward to our first Growler Saturday and sharing the beer with everyone for the first time. I’m dying to fill a few growlers.”
