Things are popping in Vegas this weekend for Uncork'd, and with so many celebrity chefs in one place, news is bound to happen. Looks like Bobby Flay, who already has Mesa Grill at Caesar's Palace, signed a lease to open his uber-popular burger chain, Bobby's Burger Palace, right in front of City Center on the Strip. That's big for this year's SoBe Burger Bash champ. Flay's business partner, Laurence Kretchmer, told Bon Appetit that it will be the biggest BBP yet, at 5,000 square feet, and the 15th location in the country. That's just one of two big new burger spots to open in Vegas by next year, the other being Danny Meyer's Shake Shack, joining the ranks of other celeb chef outfits like Hubert Keller's Burger Bar, Laurent Tourondel's BLT Burger and Gordon Ramsay's BurGR. But when it comes to Vegas, somehow there's always room for more.
