But chefs Rick Gresh and Cleetus Friedman are prepared to change that when they launch a new video series and app called Food Revolution. With a rogue approach to food broadcasting, the chefs explore the innovators of the Chicago food scene. Via videos and an integrated social network they showcase chefs, brewers, growers and artisans using new techniques or technology to change the way Chicago eats and drinks.
