The Ritz Restaurant Introduces Les Arts de la Table Menu

The Ritz Restaurant, known for its impeccable service, rich decor and fine food, is the perfect venue to breath new life into the forgotten art of table service.

The new 'Les Arts de la Table' menu (prices vary and include a glass of champagne) is reviving the tradition that sees food cooked in the kitchen and then presented whole to the table to be expertly carved, prepared or plated at the tableside while you watch. Sea Bass en Croute is filleted, leg of lamb is expertly carved and sauces are poured to make everything look perfect. The menu is limited to 40 covers per day to ensure the quality of service, and you must select your food when you book.
